Karen became a doula to assist her daughter in giving birth to her first baby. While helping to bring her 8 pound 2 oz grandson into the world, Karen discovered a passion for caring for Moms and Dads during this exciting but stressful time. Karen became a Hypnobabies doula and expanded her skills further by becoming a Hypnobabies instructor and studying Spinning Babies. Married for 31 years, Karen loves to scuba dive, travel, quilt, watercolor and look for new ways to get smiles and giggles out of her grandson. She would love to help you get the birth of your dreams!
